Join Douglas County and Anchor QEA for the kickoff of the Hazard Mitigation Plan Update.
Douglas County, in collaboration with Anchor QEA, will conduct the Hazard Mitigation Plan Update Kickoff Meeting on Friday, January 16, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
The meeting will be held at the Douglas County Public Services Building, located at 140 19th Street NW, East Wenatchee, WA 98802. Community members and stakeholders may attend in person or via Zoom.
This kickoff meeting begins the process of updating Douglas County’s Hazard Mitigation Plan, which identifies risks and guides strategies to reduce the impacts of natural hazards. County staff and Anchor QEA will provide information, discuss priorities, and gather input from the community.
