4. DOUGLAS COUNTY ADOPT-A-ROAD SIGN FORM
6. DOUGLAS COUNTY SOLID WASTE PROGRAMS will install two Adopt-a-Road signs acknowledging your organization's contribution to roadside litter reduction. Requests for sign installation can be made after the initial cleanup. Signs will be installed within six (6) months of the initial cleanup.
