Enforcement of Laws
We enforce Washington State laws and county ordinances within Douglas County. We will do this in a fair and impartial manner, recognizing both the statutory and judicial limitations of police authority and the constitutional rights of all persons. Our role is not to legislate, render legal decisions, or punish.
