Grant Road & Lyle Ave Intersection Improvements
The scope of work to be performed by the Consultant includes, but is not limited to, two (2) alternate I/S analyses, traffic analysis, geotechnical analysis, and civil design on the Grant Rd & Lyle Ave Intersection Improvements project. The proposed improvements include new curb, gutter, sidewalk, ADA ramps, illumination, intersection improvements, retaining walls, fencing, and stormwater facilities. Additional services may be added-in future phases of the project.

Road J.5 NW Reconstruction Road 6 NW to Road 8 NW
The scope of work to be performed by the Consultant includes, but is not limited to, hydraulic and geotechnical analysis of the road crossing of Douglas Creek, and design recommendations. The proposed construction work includes grading, excavation, fill, paving, hydrologic, stormwater control, and other associated road reconstruction project activities.

21st St Canal Crossing and 21st St NE - N Baker Ave to N Devon Ave
The work to be performed by the Consultant consists of preparing and acquiring Right of Way in accordance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Act (The Uniform Act) and Local Agency Guidelines (LAG) for the 21st St NE – N Baker Ave to N Devon Ave project. This project work includes grading, excavation, fill, paving, stormwater control, and other associated road reconstruction project activities. There will be up to eight (8) parcel acquisitions. The consultant will be tasked to deliver Title Reviews, Preparation and Administration, Appraisal and Appraisal Review, Acquisition, Closing, and Certification responsibilities.

Wenatchi Landing Interchange
Douglas County proposes construction of the Wenatchi Landing Interchange, a new grade-separated interchange on U.S. Highway 2/97 (US 2/97) east of the Columbia River in rural Central Washington. The project will provide direct, controlled access between US 2/97, State Route 28 (SR 28), and the Wenatchi Landing Subarea, a 317-acre area designated for employment, commercial, and mixed-use development under the adopted County Comprehensive Plan.
